  • We are located at 9704 Rhode Island Ave, College Park, MD‎ (see map).

    Drivers:

    • We mainly operate as a drive through. If you are visiting by car, please enter from the Rhode Island service road and stay in your vehicle. We will have staff directing you to the correct entrance.

    Pedestrians:

    • Public transportation: we are an 18 minute walk away from the Greenbelt Metro Station. Additionally, we are right on Metro Bus Route 83, the closest stop being Rhode Island Av & Muskogee St.

    • You do not need to go through the drive-through to get food! Just walk up to a volunteer and tell them you are here to pick up food.

  • You just need to show up. No need to bring paperwork or qualifying information. The only thing we’ll ask you is to provide is your zip code and family size.

Most visitors show up in a car and receive food through our drive through operation. However, we also serve pedestrians.

  • Our specific selection of food varies based on availability and donations. However, here is generally what we distribute:

    • Fresh Produce: this is distributed every week. The specific selection varies depending on donations.

    • Non perishable foods (almost every week depending on supply):

      • Canned produce: vegetables, fruit, tomatoes

      • Carbs: rice, pasta

      • Protein: tuna, peanut butter, beans

      • Occasionally, other donated items (sometimes meat, dairy, baby products, etc).

  • No! The majority of our visitors pick up food through our drive through, but visitors traveling by other means are welcome to pick up food too.
